RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. We are unable to accept returns more than 7 days after the delivery date, as confirmed by the delivery tracking.
We take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us before using the product.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) purchased
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty product

Once verified:

  • Damaged or faulty items: A replacement will be arranged within 1–3 working days
  • Refund requests: Processing may take up to 7 working days, with an additional 3–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Shipping Policy Within Cambodia

  • We offer delivery within Phnom Penh and provinces.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days

Delivery time

  • Phnom Penh: same day or next day delivery (depending on order time)
  • Provinces: 2–5 working days

Shipping fees

  • Phnom Penh: fixed or calculated at checkout
  • Provinces: based on location and courier rates
  • We may use trusted local delivery partners (e.g. local couriers or express services).

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before cut-off time (e.g. 2PM) may be processed the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day
  • No shipping on public holidays
Important Notes
  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate (name, phone number, address).
  • If details are incorrect or incomplete, delivery delays may occur and additional delivery fees may apply.
  • If a parcel is left unattended at your request, Nalia Skin is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
